According to the data, the capacity utilization rates of China's textile industry and chemical fiber industry in the first half of this year were 77.8% and 86% respectively. In the first half of the year, the industrial added value of large-scale enterprises in the textile and garment industry increased by 3.1% year-on-year, with the growth rate slowing down by 1.5 percentage points compared with the same period of the previous year.
